Formulated by Naturopath Siena in BYRON BAY,  Sleep Honey is a deep sleep syrup intended to put you to sleep, and keep you asleep throughout the whole night. It is intended to relieve any signs and symptoms of insomnia and anxiety. It acts to reduce sleep latency, wakefulness during sleep, and calm the nervous system.

Taste: Sleep Honey has a bold, bitter edge — a true taste of potent herbal medicine. It’s not made to taste sweet or subtle, but to work deeply. Some grow to love its intensity; others come to appreciate what it means.

Pregnancy & Lactation: Sleep Honey is SAFE in pregnancy and lactation. Caution in the first trimester. Always monitor infant for sedation.
