The Diffuser is a sculptural form of functional use – the third iteration of the series.
Wheel thrown and turned, the form is a ceramic sphere housing a diffuser with space to store your essential oils.

Over 5000 years ago the ancient Egyptians initiated the art of extracting valuable essences from plants. 200 years later the Greeks invented the distillation process. In the 13th and 14th century it was not practiced in Europe as it was considered witchcraft.
Today the act of diffusing is a special way to bring ambience to your atmosphere, tailored to the herbal constituents you intend to harness for mood or healing.
