Returns

We hope you are happy with your szilvassy order however if you are for some reason dissatisfied, you may request a return within within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please CONTACT US should you wish to return with your reason and we will determine a return authorisation number.

You will need to provide your original order number, list the item/s you would like to return, and the reason why the item/s are not suitable. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging and carefully wrapped to ensure no breakages during transit.

International Returns

Please CONTACT US within 48 hours of receiving your order, should you wish to return and we will determine a return authorisation number.

We are not obligated to accept returned goods if they arrive damaged during transit due to poor re-packing. If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark on the package ‘returned goods’ to avoid any custom charges.

In the case of damage incurred during receiving shipment, we must be notified with 24 hours of delivery in order to initiate a prompt return/replacement. Our sole obligation is to ensure you receive your purchased goods beautifully packaged and safe, and in the event of poor handling, we will initiate a replacement or refund at our election. As production is kept to low units, a delay in replacement can be expected if we do not have in stock.

Please note that handmade items vary in colour, form and design and such variations are not faults of the product. No guarantees are given as to the suitability of any items for any particular use. We recommend you CONTACT US should you need any further clarification. Items damaged through normal wear and tear or dropping of items cannot be returned. We suggest extra care when handling your SZILVASSY piece due to the precise and delicate nature.
