  • If you have submerged yourself into any body of water, you likely know the effects it has on your body and mind.
Science has shown through many studies that there can be significant benefits, both physical and psychological, by regularly bathing in warm water.

The oldest known bath was discovered in the early 1900s in the Indus Valley in Pakistan.
Dating back to 2500 B.C it was found in the lost city of Mohenjo-daro.
The ‘Great Bath,’ was a large pool constructed of baked clay brick and occupied the highest mound in the 250-acre city. Archeologists believe that bathing and cleanliness was associated with godliness in this ancient civilisation.

Magnesium is one of the most abundant minerals in our bodies and is essential for more than 300 biochemical reactions that keep us alive. As we age, our bodies produce less of this natural relaxant.
By submerging in a warm magnesium bath, your body most efficiently absorbs its endless healing and calming benefits –  restoring cellular magnesium levels, cellular protection, relief from aches pains, elevate mood and relative stress, encourage healthy skin tissue, maintain proper muscle function, boost energy levels, support immune system and hormonal systems, calm overactive nerves and improve quality of sleep.

Sustainably sourced, the magnesium comes from the purest known to date natural source of magnesium chloride, extracted underground the Zechstein Sea.
Imbued with all organically sourced; stimulating Jasmine (Jasminum officinale) dried flowers and pure essential oil, healing Calendula (Calendula officinalis) dried flowers, calming Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) pure essential oil, stress relieving Rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus) pure essential oil and moisture retentive wild harvested Wakame (Undaria pinnatifida) dried sea vegetable.
